Our Fees

For online orders we charge 10% of the total cost excluding delivery costs. A minimum fee of £35 per order applies. For offline services such as shop visits and other errands, we charge an hourly rate of £25 excluding any delivery costs.

Errand Eye is a well-established and reputable business,Founded on 3rd January,2023 by the Founder Ms. Violet Kwamboka Oigara.It was primarily set up to help individuals to complete personal & Business tasks making it easy to balance work,family,friends and other tedious day to day activies without worrying about time.

Our errand running service is fast, efficient and reliable with the most professional and experienced errand runners locally & Internationally. We pride ourselves for being the only errand running company who specialize in running errands for high net-worth individuals who require assistance handling complex transactions, luxury items, on-demand and worldwide.

MORE OF OUR PACKAGES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We require payment upfront for purchases. We require an initial minimum payment of £50 for our offline services. The balance must be paid in full before completion of any service. Any balance due to the client for unspent time will be refunded to the client on completion. It is the client’s responsibility to pay for all delivery associated costs. Errandeye will not retain any goods purchased for a client for any longer than 72 hours. Goods held for longer than 72 hours will be returned to the supplier.

The client will receive a refund excluding costs incurred by Errandeye in providing its services. Errandeye is not liable for damage to goods caused by the supplier of goods or the courier service in the course of delivery. In the event of returns whether purchased or delivered goods, our fees are non-refundable.
